Simply Sacred Duets, Bk 2 [Paperback] Review

This is another excellent duet book.As a piano teacher and church musician, this book would be most appropriate for students in the late level 2 - level 3 environment.This book contains arrangments with eighth notes, some "larger" intervals, and some accidentals.Titles range from Amazing Grace, How Great Thou Art, In the Garden, Morning Has Broken, Simple Gifts/Holy, Holy, Holy + a couple of other fun children's hymns.I was very pleased with the variety of hymns in this volume; I personally would not classify this as an early intermediate book.A 3rd and 4th grader recently played out of it during church service, and it was very well received by the congregation.This book is an excellent addition to your music library - if you have elementary aged kids who have opportunities to play at church.
