Hal Leonard Student Piano Library Adult Piano Method - Book/GM Disk Pack Review

I feel that this book is a pretty good place to start.I was going to give it three stars but that was based on where I was at rather than the quality of this book.I am a guitar player and know much of the musical basics, eighth, quarter, half notes etc.When I realized though, that my head skills are more advanced than my skill sets at the piano, I gave this book four stars.I need to work at the specific piano skill sets right where the book has them.The cd's are great to play with regardless of what you think the quality may be and especially if you can not afford a teacher or do not have anyone to play the parts with you. All in all and this book is quality and is moving me along quite nicely.I'll be up a level in no time.
