The Big Book of French Songs - Piano/Vocal/Guitar Songbook Review

In any collection of songs you will not be able to please everyone with the selection of songs. For me i missed Georges Moustaki, George Brassens and Serge Gainsbourg. The songs chosen were more conservative and aimed at the English speaking population with many songs of Charles Trenet and Gilbert Becaud. I bought the book for the Piaf and Brel songs and they were too few. I suggest you read the song titles carefully before buying the book.
