Basix is one of the very few method books or dictionaries that teaches EFFICIENT and FAST postioning. Most every other book teaches essentially only root postitions which is nice but doesn't promote speed and efficiency. No need to look at the keyboard to change chords. The sensibile and great sounding inversions permit absolute minimal repositioning so almost effortless chord changes can be accomplished. The book also provides great scale practice and tons of progressions to learn as well.All in all, a really wonderful MODERN book.Highly recommended for those who want to learn a better way.
