George Gershwin's Concerto in F for Piano and Orchestra: Two Pianos, Four Hands [Paperback] Review

George Gershwin's Concerto in F for Piano and Orchestra: Two Pianos, Four Hands [Paperback]I've been into the C.I.F. since I first heard its vast assortment of sounds in 1980 as a college student.Though I'd had enough piano study to know the basics of sheet music reading, my objective in owning a single copy of 2P4H is just to follow along as I listen to a recording, realizing that this is really the score, to something I doubted could be so fully documented. The challenge for this level of musical aspirant is not to play, therefore, but merely to observe, and to dream, but I find it fun, even, when I can keep up through some of those long sections of Allegro, Adagio and Allegro agitato.
