ADJUSTRITE Musician's Chair by Vivo USA Review

ADJUSTRITE Musician's Chair by Vivo USAI play acoustic guitar sitting down and do about 50 gigs a year.It seems like there is never a decent chair in the coffee houses and other venues I play in to use. They're either really uncomfortable or so rickety I think they're going to fall over at any time.I have been looking for something for a long time that is comfortable, portable, and reasonably priced. Stools just don't cut it and everything in a chair I've looked at over the years has been heavy, non collapsible, or so expensive I could practically buy another guitar with what they cost. This thing is great! At $159 it is extremely reasonable. It is also very comfortable and has a lot of adjustability and feels VERY solid. And, it folds up like a simple folding auditorium chair you'd see almost anywhere so it takes up very little space when I'm packing for a gig.It certainly would also work well for cello, violin and other players who sit while playing.I'll probably buy a second one just to have when someone sits in with me. 5 stars!!!!!

Casio CS-65 Privia Keyboard Stand for Casio PX-110, PX-120, PX-310 and PX-320 Review

Casio CS-65 Privia Keyboard Stand for Casio PX-110, PX-120, PX-310 and PX-320I picked up a Casio PX-200 a few months ago but found myself not using it as much because I did not have a stand which was secure enough to hold the piano in place. The original plan was to use a small table but that idea went out the window once I received my Casio PX-200 and realized how wide the piano was.So I decided I should purchase a stand.I first decided I would purchase an X style stand but my wife and I have an infant who likes to touch everything in the house and knock things over so I was worried this would not be safe for my child.I did not want to pay so much money for a stand but in the end, I decided better safe than sorry so I saved up money and finally picked up the Casio CS-65 stand.Boy and I sure glad I did.

My Casio PX-200 has two covers on each side which comes off easily by simply removing a couple of screws on each side and pull off the covers.Once you do this, you simply then mount it the each side of the stand and put the screws back on so that it secure. The instructions were easy to follow. After I finished putting the stand together, I brought my son into the office and we let him go at it.He could not knock it down.It was pretty secure, even with him leaning against it.He enjoys playing the piano all the time now.My digital piano looks great with this stand and I am not worried about my son getting hurt.

Pros:
-Secure
-Makes the digital keyboard look fancyCons:
-Since the piano is screwed to each side of the stands, this means your digital piano is no longer portable. If you plan on travling with your digital piano, this is not the stand for you.
-Much more expensive than an X stand

Overall, I would highly recommend this if you have a compatible digital piano from Casio.I wish Casio did not charge so much for this stand but I don't regret my purchase at call.

On Stage Classic Single-X Keyboard Stand Review

On Stage Classic Single-X Keyboard StandPurchased this stand in conjunction with my acquisition of the Casio Privia 330 as I am learning piano. The stand is sturdy enough for home use although I can see if you really bang the keys hard on your keyboard it can cause the stand to wobble a bit. An earlier review said that this stand is not good for the Privia which I disagree with. The rubber "grips" on the stand are adjustable to the width of the keyboard resting on it. Initially, it appears that the stand is too wide and the Privia would be resting on the metal bars which would cause the keyboard to be unsecure and slide. All you have to do is twist & move the rubber "grips" in towards the center so that they rest underneath the Privia. Overall a very good stand.

Yamaha L85 Keyboard Stand for Yamaha P85 Piano (88-Key) Review

Yamaha L85 Keyboard Stand for Yamaha P85 PianoThe instructions are pictorial so no room for confusion. You need some space for the assembly as the pieces are long, but it was all quite straightforward. And it looked short when done but the keyboard sits about on top of it, with screws to hold it in. My son remarked that it was an improvement over the x-stand previously used, this sits solidly and doesn't wobble as the other did.

I would recommend getting the stand if you have the P85, it does support it better and also looks kind of like a piano. I also got the three pedals, (LP-5), which fit across the bottom of this stand and also helps it feel/sound more like a piano.

Tip: I have seen these three (Digital piano, stand, pedals) offered together as a bundle on some sites.
