These are cocktail-style arrangements--I would rank them intermediate to early advanced in level of difficulty. The chords are creative without being too "out there"; almost all of these are ballads rather than up-tempo pieces (a notable exception being "Lullaby of Birdland"). My opinion of them ranges from "why bother" for tunes I don't like much to FABULOUS for "Mona Lisa". I would suggest it to teachers for students who need to improve their sight-reading, and to piano entertainers as a valued part of their gig book.
