Although "My Music Journal" is a thin book, it has enough weekly entry sheets to last 48 weeks. It's geared toward young people (grade school level, I'd say) but is more than appropriate for anyone who practices music and can read (words), regardless of their age. I'm using "My Music Journal" as I study forgotten jazz (last studied in earnest 20 years ago) and classical guitar techniques and repertoire. For the price, you can't go wrong. I will probably buy one of these every year.
The "Lesson Assignments" layout (taking up half a large page, and repeated 48 times in the book) gives a place to record (1) "Date" (2) "Lesson Assignments," (3) "Weekly Schedule" with the a small square area designated for each day of the week, and (4) a small rectangular area below each of these small squares, for recording time spent practicing, called "Practice Record."
